      EmployAbility, in partnership with Google, is excited to launch a recruitment initiative aimed at identifying and supporting talented individuals for Sales roles within Google's Large Customer Sales team in Italy.

      Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

      Responsibilies

      • Provide support and consulting on client's/partner’s strategy in the areas of sales, marketing and/or product development, and translate data into answers to business questions and/or insights to facilitate business decision-making.
      • Develop and own analytical modeling for key client/partner projects, apply and/or customize analytical tools (e.g., dashboards) and frameworks to identify opportunities, and develop solutions to optimize client/partner business and maximize the use and effectiveness of Google products.
      • Collaborate with sales teams to drive business growth with clients/partners, conduct in-depth analysis and identify business opportunities, and support the development of go-to-market business pitch and marketing collateral.
      • Build and manage relationships with client/partner stakeholders across functions and levels, and own the relationship with the data/analytical stakeholders on the client’s/partner’s side.

      Minimum qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
      • 2 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
      • Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently, to work with customers in Italy.

      Preferred qualifications:

      • 1 year of experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc.).
      • Experience in advertising from either the advertiser, agency or other media owner side.
      • Ability to work closely with sales and cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders (internally and externally) across all levels.
      • Ability to have a proactive work attitude paired with strong strategic skills.

      EmployAbility, in partnership with Google, is excited to launch a recruitment initiative aimed at identifying and supporting talented individuals for Business Analyst roles within Google's BizOps team in Italy.

      Google's leadership team hand-picks thorny business challenges, and members of BizOps work in small teams to find solutions. As part of this team you fully immerse yourself in data collection, draw insight from analysis, and then zoom out to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations. Taking strategy one step further, you also persuasively communicate your recommendations to senior-level executives, roll-up your sleeves to help drive implementation and check back-in to see the impact of your recommendations.

      As an Associate in Business Operations and Strategy, you are the ultimate data expert and thrive on solving highly analytical problems, conducting interviews and synthesizing ideas. You will work with a small team on projects commissioned by Google's executive team, managing your own workstream(s) as you go.

      Responsibilies

      • Use data to conduct data-oriented analysis, architect metrics, synthesize information, solve problems, and influence business decision-making by presenting insights and market trends.
      • Design and implement various integrations between business objectives and design and build strategies that support these business systems.
      • Conduct strategic analysis, optimize business performance, and deliver execution within product and function.

      Minimum qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Quantitative Science, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
      • 1 year of experience working in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or a technical operations role.
      • 1 year of experience in statistical problem solving and analyzing data sets using SQL or comparable coding language (e.g. Python, R, Java, C++)..

      • Experience in data analysis, with the ability to solve problems in complex, fast-moving, and ambiguous business environments through solid data intuition and business acumen.
      • Knowledge of Google tools (e.g., Plex, BQ, etc.).
      • Ability to effectively communicate analysis and recommendations across a wide range of non-technical audiences.
