Tab Ahmad OBE, CEO of EmployAbility, has been named an Inspirational Role Model in the Global Inclusion List 2026, published by The Guardian. While a personal accolade, Tab noted the recognition reflects the two-decade mission of EmployAbility to secure equitable access for disabled and neurodivergent individuals. The organization maintains that talent should be met with opportunity rather than lowered expectations.

The achievement was celebrated at the London Stock Exchange during a market close ceremony featuring a traditional shower of blue confetti. The event included a panel discussion on the current state of inclusion, chaired by Jennifer Thomas and opened by British Diversity Awards founder Linda Riley. Tab was joined by fellow judges Dr. Zaheer Ahmad MBE, Kat Parsons, Amber Sorrell, and Wincie Knight to discuss the necessity of taking immediate action.

Looking forward, the organization emphasizes that true inclusion must be intentional and systemic. To drive meaningful change, Tab identified four critical pillars:

  • Action
  • Accountability
  • Authenticity
  • Collaboration
